By accessing or using TrueTechFinder, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

TrueTechFinder detects technologies used by publicly accessible websites and provides a Tech Maturity Score, technology reports, and AI-powered insights. Results are informational and are not guaranteed to be complete, current, or accurate.

• The first scan may be available without an account.
• Additional scans or account features may require a free account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate account information and promptly report unauthorised access.
• Each person may maintain one account unless we approve otherwise.

You agree not to:

• Use TrueTechFinder for unlawful purposes.
• Abuse the scanning service through excessive automated requests or attempts to bypass rate limits.
• Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Use scan results to harm, harass, or unlawfully target website owners.
• Resell scan data without written permission.

TrueTechFinder owns the service, brand, interface, and proprietary detection methods. Scan results are provided for your permitted use, while we retain rights in aggregated and anonymised data. Technology names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

TrueTechFinder is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of detection results. The Tech Maturity Score is an automated assessment and is not professional, security, legal, or investment advice.

We are not responsible for decisions made based on scan data. Some backend systems, databases, DevOps tools, private services, and intentionally hidden technologies cannot be reliably detected from public frontend signals.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueTechFinder and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Paid tiers may be offered in the future. Payments may be processed through Razorpay. Pricing, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented before a paid service becomes available and before you complete a purchase.

We may suspend or terminate access when an account violates these terms, threatens service security, or causes harm. You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time.

We may modify these terms from time to time. We will update the date above and may notify registered users of significant changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
