By accessing or using TrueTechFinder ("the Service," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

TrueTechFinder is a free web-based tool that analyses publicly available information from third-party websites to detect and report the technologies those websites use. The Service may also offer optional account creation to access additional features such as scan history and higher daily scan limits.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Scan websites at a volume or frequency that is abusive or intended to circumvent rate limits.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest data from TrueTechFinder itself using automated tools.
• Use scan results to target, harass, or harm the owners or operators of scanned websites.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including privacy and data protection laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access for any user who violates these terms, without prior notice.

Creating an account is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide a valid email address and keep your account information accurate.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, used in violation of these terms, or associated with abusive behaviour.

The Service analyses publicly accessible data from websites you submit. We do not access any private, authenticated, or password-protected areas of those websites. Scan results reflect publicly observable technology signals at the time of the scan.

Scan results may be cached and served to other users who request information about the same domain. By submitting a URL for scanning, you acknowledge that the resulting data may be stored and made available to other users of the Service.

TrueTechFinder does not claim ownership of any third-party website or its content. Technology detection is based on publicly available signals and may not be complete or fully accurate.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scan results will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TrueTechFinder and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $10, whichever is greater.

The TrueTechFinder name, logo, and the Service itself are the property of TrueTechFinder and its operators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Scan results you generate through the Service may be exported or shared for your own internal, non-commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to update or replace these terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
